Key Information for Vendors of the Moon market

MARKET DETAILS

  • This is a rain or shine market

  • All vendors except food trucks will be indoors

  • While the Market is indoors, there may be a chance of cross-breeze when doors are open for the market. Please plan accordingly

  • Vendor map details will be provided upon check-in to the market

  • No alcohol is permitted at the market.


SETUP / TEARDOWN DETAILS

  • Load-in time will be communicated via email ahead of the market. We ask that you determine how much time you need to set up and arrive with enough time to be “Show Ready” by the Market open at 11am.

  • Load-in will be on the north side of the building (opposite of W. Cimmaron St)

  • Once you’ve completed unloading your items inside the venue from your vehicle, please move your vehicle to the vendor parking.

  • Please do not begin tearing down your space until 5 minutes after the market closes

  • Once you’ve completely packed up, complete one final walkthrough of your space to ensure you’ve left no trash or items behind

FOOD TRUCKS
While the Moon Market Committee will do all that is possible to lock down at least 1 food truck per market, we cannot guarantee one will be at each market.

  • Please be set up by 11am to ensure you’re available for customers and vendors once the market opens

  • Please do not begin tearing down until no earlier than 1-hour before the market closes or if you’ve sold out of food.

  • While we have limited the number of Food Trucks to only 2, the Food Truck lot is first come, first set-up.

  • XL Booth (10’ x 15’) - $60

BOOTH DETAILS

  • Please bring your own tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.

  • Please stay within your allotted space

  • If you bring children, please ensure they stay within your booth space and do not hinder other vendors

  • Dogs are not allowed unless prior approval from Moon Market Committee has been obtained. (exceptions are only for certified service animals)

  • Wi-Fi is not guaranteed or provided, please plan accordingly

  • Please do not burn any candles or incense

  • Vendors are expected to maintain their booth throughout the duration of the market

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Food and water are not provided. It’s advised to plan to have food and drinks with you to avoid getting hungry or thirsty. There will not be any food trucks at the September Market, please plan accordingly.

  • There will be one bathroom inside the venue as well as one Port-A-Potty outside the venue.
